Bach's magnificent and monumental Mass in B minor is the work which we will perform for our next concert. Along with the Liverpool Philharmonia and four excellent soloists, including Jocelyn Somerville, who was a "wow" factor in the recent Messiah, this should be a splendid performance. Although there are an awful lot of notes for the choir to learn and sing, we have already started, even before we sang Messiah, so we're well underway!
