Formby Choral Society is one of the North West's leading Choirs, and has earned a reputation for fine performances of some of the finest choral music

Formby Choral Society in Our Lady's Church

We rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 7.30 - 9.30 from September to May/June in Holy Trinity Church Hall, Rosemary Lane, Formby.  Concerts of major choral works are given in November and March, with a carol concert in December.  In May/June a concert is given which varies in format from year to year

Whilst most of our concerts are given in Formby, we currently combine forces every two years with Birkenhead Choral Society and Merchant Taylors' School, for a concert in the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool.  We have also performed throughout Merseyside, and many of our members also sing in other choirs.  Social and fund-raising events are also part of the Choir's calendar
